Turbulence Training comes in downloadable format, an ebook, or, “electronic book”. This is a popular form of media nowadays because it is cheap to produce and people can have it instantly after purchasing. So, after you purchase Turbulence Training you will be taken to a download page, where you’ll download the ebook to your computer. There are also other files you’ll want to download as well, like the audio interview with Craig and the nutrition guide.
When the files have been downloaded to your computer, you’ll be able to open them with the program Adobe reader. That program is installed on 99% of computers, but if you don’t have it do a quick google search for “download adobe reader” and you’ll download and install it in a minute, its easy.
So, once Turbulence Training has been opened up on your computer, you can read it straight from your computer screen, but I’d recommend printing it off so you have a physical copy to read (easier on your eyes) and keep with you while you’re working out.
Some people gripe cause they don’t get a physical product with their order, but I think the ebook format is way worth it because it keeps the price of purchase much lower than if you’d get a physical product (I’d rather pay $77 than $140 like other workout programs!), and it’s nice to be able to print off copies or sections of the workouts to take with you, instead of carrying around a bulky book to wherever you’re working out.
